As a Customer Service Specialist in our Operations Division, you will:

  • Learn the company’s system to be able to provide services and communicate effectively with stakeholders  
  • Maintain operations standard operating procedures and templates 
  • Solve day-to-day shipment delivery issues related to various stakeholders 
  • Train carriers/drivers, customers’ operations personnel including receiver’s warehouse staff 
  • Work with carriers/truck drivers, customers’ operations personnel, and receivers’ warehouse staff 
  • Manage documentation collection  
 

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 5 years + of experience in logistics operations and customer service 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills 
  • Critical thinking, problem-solving and attention to details skills 
  • Project management skills preferred 
  • Flexible thinking, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges 
  • Planning and documentation skills 
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously 
  • Experience with MS 365 suite of products 
  • Strong English language written and verbal skills 
  • Ability to communicate in Thai language, preferred 
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment 
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals 
  • Strong ownership, bias for action, and willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done 
  • Experience in a B2B environment with unique and varied customer needs 
  • Good organization, adaptability, flexibility, and reliability to deal with different customers’ needs and follow up in a timely manner
