Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Support Engineer based in our CDMX office, working with our customers in various locations in Mexico. You will interact with, train and resolve issues for our customers. You will be a key member local Operations team working to ensure our customers can seamlessly and fully benefit from our AI based logistics operations services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Leadership experience in other areas including Scouts de Mexico, college or high school organizations and summer employment
  • Project management skills with experience leading teams
  • Ability to prioritize, demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals and work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish with English skills preferred
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present to different audiences and bring the message across in a concise and professional manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – effectively evaluate information/data to make decisions, anticipate obstacles and develop plan to resolve and create actionable strategies and operational plans
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, partner stakeholders, and in customer environments
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Motivational leadership with the ability to articulate vision and successfully drive execution
  • Experience working on multiple projects, in various stages, simultaneously.
  • Maintain a roll up your sleeves attitude to achieve results during flexible work hours
  • Driver’s license and own transportation
