As an Operations and Customer Support Specialist you will

  • Track shipments and resolve issues with pickups and deliveries
  • Train drivers, warehouse staff and customers using the system
  • Manage documentation collection and delivery

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills
  • Attention to details and critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Planning and documentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience with email, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Interest in working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Strong Thai language written and verbal skills
  • Ability to communicate in English preferred
  • Experience in a B2B environment with unique and varied customer needs
  • Good organizational skill, is flexible and reliable
